Our classes in yoga
Each class is based on a theme – so that every class is different and helps to widen your knowledge of yoga practice. A key emphasis is understanding technique and getting the most from the practice. All yoga classes are designed to be safe, energetic, fun-loving and effective. (Class in English.)
Yoga Vinyasa Flow (Yoga VF)
A dynamic and physical form of yoga. The positions are combined in flowing sequences where breathing and movements are synchronized. Yoga Vinyasa Flow is accompanied by uplifting and energetic music. The class is taken barefoot and ends with relaxation.
A softer form of physical yoga. Different breathing techniques and asanas (movements) are combined in various sequences. The positions are held a little longer than in Vinyasa Flow. The class is taken barefoot and ends with relaxation.
A basic yoga class that suits everyone. Try some of the most common positions, test your balance, improve your mobility and get to know yoga.
A yoga class that will improve your running technique, as it focuses on relevant balance, agility and strength training.
