Capoeira

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, music and dance. Capoeira includes acrobatics and has many advantages: suppleness, rhythm, body control and balance. Regular sessions improves fitness, balance, coordination, self-confidence and musicality. Capoeira is also about social interaction and friendship. As well as a lot of emotion and sweat!
