At our two facilities Campus1477 Blåsenhus and Campus1477 Science Park, we offer:

Gym – Free Weights, Olympic Bars, Strength Training Machines and Cardio Equipment

• Group Training – Strength, Cardio, Dance, Yoga

• Rock Climbing – Bouldering (Top Rope Climbing at Campus1477 Science park, not included in the International Day offer August 20th)

Drop-in. All group activities have a limited number of participants.

No experience needed for classes! You can come as a beginner to all of the classes offered this day.

Group training classes

12.30 BodyPump (45 min)
Using light moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

13.30 Sprint/Spinning (30 min)
Les Mills SPRINT™ is 30 minutes of high intensity interval training inspired by the SPRINT discipline in cycling sport. SPRINT™ involves power, strength, speed and gives you maximum results with minimal pressure on joints and ligaments.

14.15 Welcome! Info session

15.00 Dance (30 min)
A fun and dance inspired cardio workout with step combinations to music. Focus on rhythm, body perception, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and mobility. Feel the joy as your body follows the beat of the music!

15.45 Yoga (45 min)
A form of exercise where breathing is combined with different body positions, called asanas. These body positions form sequences that focus on mobility, strength and mindfulness.

A type of floor hockey with five field players and a goalkeeper on each team.

14.45 Basketball (45 min)

14.45 Futsal (60 min)
Indoor soccer/fotball.


Gym and Bouldering

Just drop in when you feel like it!
Our staff will be available to answer any questions you might have. 

Equipment for classes: Good shoes (no shoes needed at yoga class) and clothes that allow you to move freely. A locker, and towel.
