No booking required, free of charge. On arrival, sign in at reception. Equipment is available in the gymnasium. All classes welcome both beginners and those with more experience. There are 13 sessions in total, with breaks for holidays and weekends. Information about breaks can be found on this website. Before and after the class you have access to changing rooms with showers, sauna and lockers (please bring your own padlock).

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING 

Functional workout using both weights and body weight to train strength, endurance, stamina and explosiveness.
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.

Mondays 11.15–12.00, Campus1477 Science park.

SOMA MOVE

A holistic class with inspiration from yoga and various flowing sequences. Unlike traditional yoga exercises, Soma Move also includes cardio training as well as agility, strength and balance. A higher pulse is the result of repeating the more intense sequences. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely and exercise barefoot or with socks.

STRENGTH

Circle training with a licenced personal trainer, with equipments and your own body weight.

SPINNING

By increasing and decreasing the bike’s resistance, the level can easily be adjusted to personal capacity and goals. Using the right technique, spinning is kind to joints and carries a low risk of injury.

YOGA

Yoga is an ancient oriental form of exercise where breathing is combined with different body positions, called asanas. These body positions form sequences that focus on mobility, strength and mindfulness. Increases mobility, strength, body awareness and control.
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Exercis barefoot or with socks. Bring a warm sweater for the beginning and end of the session. The class is in both English and Swedish.
