strength, conditioning and full body exercises
with a little more focus on legs. The session is
30 minutes long and consists of three sets. Each
set consists of three exercises that are repeated
three times in a row with short rest. With your
own body weight or tools, explosive exercises
are performed that make the pulse go through the roof.
