Military Bootcamp

Military inspired outdoor training to improve your strength and endurance. Using techniques and exercises incorporated by the British Military this workout is tough and very challenging. It includes periods of running with weight and explosive exercises. A good stretch to finish is included.

What to Wear: Robust footwear, clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and strong gloves. 
Extra: Bring a full water bottle.
