TriggerPoint Mobility

Need to loosen up? In this class we focus on trigger points, stretches, muscle activation and other techniques for increased mobility and function. This prevents injuries and helps you relax tense muscles – regardless of whether it's soreness from working out or stiffness from spending long hours behind a desk. The exercises are also adapted so that the class can be used as a warm-up to prepare you for training in the gym.
