Yin Yoga

Fits all people and bodies, and makes you more mobile, more relaxed and full of new energy. Yinyoga is a yoga session with simple sitting and lying positions that focus on the deeper tissues in the body. You stay in the same position for several minutes and at the same time practice conscious presence. All positions are based on you and your body's ability, so it does not matter what the position looks like. Yinyoga increases your mobility, reduces tension in the body and above all helps you find peace and harmony in a stressed and fast-paced lifestyle. You do not need to have any previous experience of yoga.

Remember

Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Exercise barefoot or with socks. Bring a warm sweater for the beginning and end of the session. Exercise barefoot or with socks. Shoes are not needed.
