Yoga is an ancient oriental form of exercise where breathing is combined with different body positions, called asanas. These body positions form sequences that focus on mobility, strength and mindfulness. There are various types of yoga. You´ll find more information about each type under respective heading.

Remember

  • Wear clothes that allow you to move freely
