Ultimate Frisbee

WHAT IS ULTIMATE FRISBEE

Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport played with a Frisbee. During the game, the frisbee is passed between teammates, running with the frisbee is not allowed. Goals are scored by catching the frisbee in a target area, similar to a touch-down in American football.

HOW IT WORKS

Coaches give tips on technique and help everyone get started and understand the rules, then split into teams and play for fun.

LEVEL

Everyone is welcome, whether you've tried it before or not.

WHEN AND WHERE

Wednesdays at 8.30-10 pm in Svandammshallarna

Saturdays at 2-4 pm in Katedralsskolan
