Personal Training – An Investment in Yourself

More and more people are choosing personal training to create structure, confidence, and long-term progress in their workouts. With us, the approach is built on a combination of many years of practical experience, academic knowledge, and a deep understanding of how the body works in both everyday life and performance.

We work with individually tailored programs that take your goals, background, and unique circumstances into account. This could mean getting started, improving technique, strengthening your body after injuries or pregnancy, or simply creating a sustainable training routine that works over time.

Our expertise spans elite sports and functional training to movement science, rehabilitation, and health sciences. This allows us to see the body as a whole and help you build strength, stability, and movement quality in a way that lasts.

Choose between different PT packages (number of times)

• Together with your PT, you decide how many times it is realistic to meet your conditions to take you towards your training and health goals. 

· You can buy packages 4, 8, 16 or 24 times! 

If you want long-term goals, we recommend a larger package, as it gives you a greater opportunity to book the times that suit both you and your PT’s availability.

If you want to train with your PT over a longer period but prefer to split the payment, you can do so with the smaller PT package.
