Thi Chi

In this class, we explore the Chen Style Tai Chi 26 Form through slow, flowing movements that help improve balance, mobility, coordination, and posture. At the same time, the practice encourages relaxation, focus, and a sense of inner calm.
Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels, this class offers a chance to slow down, release stress, reconnect with your body, and find greater balance in both body and mind.
Occasionally, introductory Tai Chi Sword movements may also be explored as part of the practice.
No previous experience is required. Simply come as you are and move at your own pace, relax the body, and enjoy the process of learning.
